How does Purpose.Lee Placed work?

Set-up and clean-up are included with the picnic. You select your picnic and optional add-ons, tell us when (Date & Time) and where your picnic will happen.

What if I want something customized?

We are more than happy to help make this happen for you ~ send us a message to consult.

Unfortunately due to recent situations, We are now requiring a $50.00 non-refundable deposit for all consultations (this includes but not limited to customized picnics, backdrops, anything outside of our themed setups).

How do I book with Purpose.Lee
Placed?

Please message us with a time and date you’d like to book your session for and we will get back to you within 24 hours with message confirmation for your requested date and time.

 

PLEASE NOTE: We do require a Non-Refundable 50% deposit to hold your spot. The remaining balance will be due 72 hours prior to your booked date and time. If we do not receive the payment for the remaining balance at that time, you will be forfeiting your booked session. Any session booked with us that is less than 1 week prior to desired date, we do require balance to be completely paid at time of confirmation.

How far does Purpose.Lee Placed travel for setting up?

We travel up to 20 miles radius outside of Coon Rapids, MN. Anything outside of that will incur additional fee.

What is included in my session?

Please see our services tab for details. Each picnic theme is unique in it's own way.

What if I want more than 2 hours?

You can book additonal hour/s for additional fees ($65.00 per additional hour)

What if I do not need a 2 hour session?

You will still be responsible for the full amount of a 2 hour session. Please message us via FaceBook to let us know.

 

Additionally, you will be responsible for all rented items until we are back on site.

What if I need to cancel my event?

Purpose.Lee Placed does not accept cancellations but we can accommodate by ONE complimentary rescheduling of your session.

NOTE: If you need to reschedule your session a 48 hour notice prior to your session is needed - failure to do so will result in forfeiting your session completely.

 

If Purpose.Lee Placed needs to cancel your session due to unforeseen events, we will gladly reschedule your session or give a full refund.

What if the weather is bad?

If the weather permits - we can set up indoors at your choice or we can reschedule your session to another day at no additional cost.

What payment methods do you
accept?

Purpose.Lee Placed accepts payment via Venmo (@purposeLeePlaced), only.

 

PLEASE NOTE: When making payment - please choose "Friends/Family" method, otherwise YOU will be responsible for the additional Fee charged by Venmo.

What if I miss my booked session?

Missing a booked session will result in forfeiting your session. If you are wanting to have a session, you will need to begin the booking process again.

Are there damage fees?

Any damage to event materials and/or missing items will result in charges equal to the item plus additional fees. You are responsible for all property for the duration of your event. If theft occurs, please contact the local authorities immediately. A police report must be filed.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes! You are more than welcome to bring your own food and drinks (Non-Alcoholic is required). if youo are wanting alcohol beverages, You will be responsible for checking the parks' regulation for alcohol beverages.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do bring alcohol, you will be required to purchase an alcohol permit if the park requires it.

 

We, Purpose.Lee Placed, will not be responsible for this portion and any incurred legal fees.

Do I need a permit?

Some parks do require permits for events. If so, you will be responsible for covering the permit fees. We also ask that you please respect park and city rules.

I want to book with Purpose.Lee Placed but I am from out of state, how can I book with you?

We do not provide service outside of the Twin Cities area or outside of Minnesota.

What if I need to add additional guests to my session?

You may adjust your guest count up to 72 hours prior to the start of your picnic. Additional fees do apply, $45.00 per additional guest

 

NOTE: If adding guests past the 72 hour time frame, you will be charged $50.00 per additional guest.

What if I need to reduce my guest count?

You may reduce your guest count up to 72 hours prior to the start of your picnic. In the case that you do need to reduce your guest count, and if done so before the 72 hour time frame, you will receive 50% refund per removed guest.

What are your Covid precautions?

All of our picnic equipment is washed, cleaned, sanitized and disinfected prior to and after each session. We wear masks and gloves at all times when handling sessions. Hand sanitizer is provided to picnic guests.

We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.
